We are a talented, hardworking group that share values and characteristics that drive client, professional, and personal success. Geocgi is looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist – Capability Lifecycle (Engineering) to support our client, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Supreme Allied Command Transformation (SACT), onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. The candidate will provide engineering-focused analytics and decision support across the capability lifecycle, with a focus on requirements management, traceability, configuration management, and engineering performance metrics. This role will design and deliver analytic products, dashboards, and reports that integrate data from multiple authoritative sources to support technical governance, capability development, and delivery assurance activities. This position is an onsite opportunity with the primary location of performance in Norfolk, Virginia, USA with NATO SACT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytic products providing visibility into requirements definition, maturity, completeness, and alignment across the capability lifecycle.
  • Support requirements capture, decomposition, and structuring to enable effective analytics, traceability, and decision support.
  • Develop analytics and reports assessing traceability between requirements, architectures, capabilities, verification artifacts, and delivery outcomes.
  • Integrate engineering and requirements data from multiple authoritative sources to enable unified analysis and cross-domain insight.
  • Develop analytics supporting configuration management and change control, including baselines, version history, impact analysis, and configuration status.
  • Define, calculate, and maintain engineering performance metrics covering requirements quality, engineering progress, technical risk, and delivery readiness.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate engineering status, risks, and trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Correlate engineering data with programmatic, schedule, and risk data to support holistic capability lifecycle analysis.
  • Perform data validation, consistency checks, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytic outputs.
  • Produce analytic products supporting requirements reviews, design trade-off analyses, technical governance, and capability assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts, program managers, and international stakeholders to gather analytic needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate engineering analytics, reporting, and data preparation workflows.
  • Support analytics tools and engineering workflows to ensure effective adoption and consistent use.
  • Develop and maintain documentation describing analytic logic, data sources, assumptions, and limitations.
  • Deliver user training, user guides, and ad hoc support to promote effective use and interpretation of analytics products.
  • Provide ongoing technical and analytic support for engineering-focused reports, dashboards, and data products.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).
